How does the Alibaba import service work?
You can use our 'Global Sourcing Hub' or 'Alibaba Import' tool. Paste the Alibaba link, and our system calculates the landed cost into Zimbabwe. You pay a deposit, and we handle the procurement, shipping, and customs clearance.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Orders for local stock can be modified within 1 hour before dispatch. Globally sourced items cannot be modified once the deposit is paid and the manufacturer has begun production or dispatch.
What is custom sourcing?
If you can't find an item on our site, our logistics team can source it directly from manufacturers in China, UAE, or USA based on your exact specifications.
