1. Defined Return Windows

We balance customer satisfaction with the complexities of global supply chains through tiered return windows: • STANDARD CLASSIFIED STOCK: Items designated as 'Local Stock' are eligible for return within 7 calendar days from the date of recorded delivery. This window is strictly enforced as it aligns with our local distribution cycle. • GLOBAL SOURCED ITEMS: Products procured specifically for a client request (e.g., from Alibaba or 1688) are generally non-returnable. However, if an item is found to be non-compliant with the agreed specifications, a manual appeal may be initiated within 48 hours of receipt. • INDUSTRIAL COMPONENTS: Critical machinery parts (e.g., solar inverters, engine components) have a specialized inspection window of 72 hours for fault reporting.

2. Eligibility & Product Integrity

To maintain the premium quality of our inventory, returns are subject to rigorous integrity checks. For a return to be accepted: • ORIGINAL STATE: The item must be returned in its pristine, original condition with all factory seals, tags, and protective plastics intact. • PACKAGING STANDARDS: All original packaging, including the inner shock-absorption materials (polystyrene, foam, etc.) and outer branded boxes, must be included and undamaged. • PROOF OF PROCUREMENT: A valid MeekyStore digital invoice or physical receipt must accompany the item. • NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on personal electronics with activated software, intimate apparel, software licenses, perishables, or chemical-based automotive fluids.

3. Custom Sourcing Exclusions

Our Global Sourcing Service acts as a professional procurement agent. Because these items are sourced specifically for your requirements: • NON-CANCELLATION: Once a sourcing deposit has been paid and the international order executed, the transaction is considered final and cannot be cancelled. • SPECIFICATION MATCH: We guarantee the item will match the technical specifications provided in our 'Sourcing Proposal'. Discrepancies in minor aesthetic details that do not affect the product's core functionality do not constitute grounds for return.

4. The Inspection & Refund Cycle

Every returned item undergoes a multi-layer inspection at our Harare QA Center: • TECHNICAL EVALUATION: Standard electronics and machinery are tested by qualified technicians to ensure no internal damage or tampering occurred during possession. • VERIFICATION PERIOD: The inspection cycle typically takes 3-5 business days from the moment the item is received. • REFUND DISBURSEMENT: Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment channel. For manual transfers or EcoCash, funds are typically released within 48 hours of approval. For international card payments, the duration depends on the issuing bank (typically 7-14 days).

5. Damage Reporting & DOA Protocol

In the rare event of 'Dead on Arrival' (DOA) or visible transit damage: • IMMEDIATE NOTIFICATION: Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Reports filed after this window will be treated as standard warranty claims. • EVIDENCE SUBMISSION: Requirement for high-resolution photographs of the damaged item, its packaging, and the outer shipping container. • PRIORITY REPLACEMENT: DOA items receive highest priority in our logistics network, with replacement units being dispatched via Air Express where possible.

6. Administrative Initiation

We utilize a streamlined digital initiation process for all after-sales requests: • STEP 1: Access your order through the 'Track Package' portal and select 'Initiate Return/Exchange'. • STEP 2: Complete the Digital Quality Declaration form. • STEP 3: Upon preliminary approval, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Do not send items back without a valid RMA, as they will be rejected at our receiving dock. • STEP 4: Send your securely packaged item back to our Quality Assurance Center or bring it in person. The RMA number must be visibly written on the outside of the shipping box.

7. Exchange Equivalencies

If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund: • DIRECT SWAP: Defective machinery parts and standard electronics can be exchanged for the exact same model. • STORE CREDIT: If the required item is out of stock, or if you simply changed your mind, we can offer immediate full-value store credit in the form of a MeekyStore digital voucher after the item passes QA.
