Terms of Service

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the MeekyStore platform (including its mobile interface and any associated API nodes), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ('the Client') and MeekyStore Global ('the Platform'). If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must immediately cease all use of the platform and its services. We reserve the authority to update these terms at our discretion; your continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised framework.

MeekyStore operates primarily as a specialized procurement and logistics agent. When you execute an order, you are entering into a service contract where you authorize MeekyStore to: • Act as your purchasing agent in global markets (including but not limited to China, UAE, and the USA). • Execute financial transactions with international manufacturers on your behalf. • Manage international freight, multi-modal logistics, and customs clearance within the Zimbabwean jurisdiction. • Inspect and verify products at our global consolidation nodes before local dispatch.

All transactions on MeekyStore are subject to the following financial protocols: • LANDED PRICING: Displayed prices are 'all-in' landed costs, including procurement fees, international freight, and estimated ZIMRA duties, unless explicitly stated otherwise. • CUSTOM SOURCING DEPOSITS: Requests for custom items require a non-refundable commitment deposit (typically 70-100%) to begin international procurement. • EXCHANGE RATES: For transactions involving multiple currencies, MeekyStore utilizes a platform-standard rate which may include a small margin for volatility protection. • PAYMENT VERIFICATION: We utilize multi-factor verification for all digital payments. suspecious transactions will be flagged and held for manual review by our compliance team.

The transition of goods through global supply chains involves complex risk management: • DELIVERY ESTIMATES: Timeframes provided are 'best-effort' estimates. International logistics are subject to port congestion, customs inspections, and airline scheduling which may cause unforeseen delays. • TRANSFER OF RISK: Responsibility for the physical condition of the goods passes to the Client upon successful delivery to the specified address. However, MeekyStore provides full transit insurance for all items until the moment of handover. • FORCE MAJEURE: MeekyStore is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, geopolitical shifts, or global health emergencies.

All content displayed on the MeekyStore platform, including logos, typography, UI architecture, and product descriptions, is the exclusive intellectual property of MeekyStore Global or its partners. You are prohibited from: • Scaping or copying platform data for commercial use. • Reverse engineering the sourcing or tracking algorithms. • Utilizing the 'MeekyStore' trademark without explicit written authorization from our legal department. • Misrepresenting your relationship with the platform (e.g., claiming to be an authorized distributor without a formal contract).

This agreement is drafted and interpreted under the foundational laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe. In the event of a dispute: • MANDATORY NEGOTIATION: Parties agree to first attempt resolution through 30 days of good-faith negotiation. • ARBITRATION: Should negotiation fail, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in Harare, Zimbabwe, in accordance with the Arbitration Act [Chapter 7:15]. • JURISDICTION: Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively before the High Court of Zimbabwe in Harare.
